The Synergy - Agenda1 relationship is a new way of providing outsourced analytical services.

Synergy Outsourcing Ltd., part of the SRG Group, have for a number of years provided the capability and resources to allow organisations to outsource selected analytical functions or specialised projects to a dedicated Synergy-managed team, located in the client's own laboratories. To increase their ability to meet client needs, Synergy initiated a search for a contract analytical laboratory who could provide a high quality service, a flexible approach, and an extensive range of analytical equipment and scientific expertise. Agenda1 provides systems and equipment qualified for delivery to cGMP standards and highly experienced scientists to operate that equipment; additional staff can be provided by Synergy as required to meet client needs. Relevant resources include: well-equipped solid state and chromatography laboratories with a wide range of qualified and well-maintained equipment working to cGMP / GCLP standards; a fully equipped microbiology laboratory; staff with 50 years of experience in a development and commercialisation environment; the ability to increase / decrease headcount quickly on a project without the usual costs / challenges; the provision of additional off-site laboratory space for a client while still working to client SOPs and procedures.
