About Us

Who are we?

Agenda1 is based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, but for us, that means more than simply being headquartered there. We have been based in Bradford since the beginning - Agenda1 was born out of the analytical laboratories of Bradford Particle Design (later known as Nektar Therapeutics (UK) Ltd), which, as the name suggests, has always had its base in the West Yorkshire city.

Agenda1's affinity with the area has had a noticeable influence as to how we conduct our business. We like to work with local companies wherever possible, including with the Turn Key Group and Blueberry Marketing who look after our marketing and support our business development, respectively. We also work closely with a large number of local science based companies such as Avacta Analytical, the Institute of Pharmaceutical Innovation, Kirkstall Ltd, and many companies whose confidentiality we respect by not mentioning here!

We are also supported by regional development agencies including Business Link and Yorkshire Forward. We are part of the Government's initiative to make Yorkshire a 'healthcare hub' and are proud that Yorkshire and Humber is one of the most important regions for the healthcare technology industry.
