Advantages of the A1STaR Made to measure Service
- Recruiters are more likely to find a candidate that can start sooner, and be certain they will develop into the job.

- We take care of the admin overhead. For example we will locate and book the right training programme.
- Candidates provided under our made to measure training scheme are offered on a contract basis until after the training is complete.
How it works
‘Made to measure’ is for those situations where a recruiter likes a candidate and feels they would be a great fit – if only they had additional knowledge or skills. We work with recruiters and candidates to train and develop the candidate into the job.
Step 1: Working with the recruiter we identify the candidate’s training or development needs
Step 2: We identify a suitable course either from our training or other providers
Step 3: The recruiter commits to employing the candidate initially on a contract basis, and also to allowing the candidate time off to complete the training
Step 4: Once the training is complete, the candidate is taken on full time.
The recruitment fee becomes payable as full-time employment commences.
